Very pleased with the customer service and attitude here. I had an issue with a carrier bearing that they helped resolve quickly. Jordan did the work on my X3 and he was very knowledgeable and professional. He even fixed a few small things on my car that wasn’t in the original scope of work. A pleasant change from most off-road shops where you feel ripped off and lied to most of the time.
I put a SANDCRAFT carrier bearings in my xp1000 non turbo and so far after 500 miles no problems, super easy install love the grease line for easy service, def recommend

On my 18 general there was absolutely zero room for play on installing and it did t seat back in as far on the back diff as original it it did ride smooth and quiet after 6 hours of work to remove and put it in.
Shout out to Sandcraft. I was a total noob to the Rzr world. Called and explained what I had going on and the guy in the phone walked me through everything. Parts got here in 3 days from Az to Va. Thanks a bunch for the great customer service.

Just replaced my carrier bearing on the CanAm X3 Max. It took a little longer on the Max to install but it was well worth it. The difference is HUGE. Its sounds so much smoother without that rattle.

Best sand tires on the market!
Recently bought a front diff kit and drive line installed both myself. Front diff did not work. Took diff back they disassemble and fixed my error and explained what I did wrong when I assembled it no charge. Now that is great customer service. They have a happy customer and I will tell all my friends to check them out when they need parts or service. Great products and great service means a awesome business. Well done.
